for students, faculty and spouses.

programs. Post therapy sessions. Equipment inspection.
- University of Maryland. Included Physical Education electives: Physical Conditioning, Weight Training, Tennis, Basketball

- Expert swimmer
- Trained by the United States Naval Academy Swim Coach.
- Avid slalom water skier.
- Born and raised on the Chesapeake Bay.
- Previously certified as a Red Cross Life Guard.

Personal Motivations to Exercise:
- I exercise to maintain good health and have the best quality of life possible, to stay thin, flexible and toned.
- I also see exercise as an investment in my future
interest of completing my cookbook "Fatness Alternative"
Exercise Philosophy:
- It’s never too late in life to start exercising- anyone one can exercise and benefit from it.
- Doing a little bit of exercise is better than none at all.
- Fitness does not have to be a chore- it is FUN!
- "I have no time" is not an acceptable excuse for not exercising- fitness can fit into anyone’s daily routine.
- Fitness is an individual concept- every person should have an exercise program and fitness goals uniquely tailored to them.
- Exercise must be combined with proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices to maximize health benefits.

We don't dress up to work out. We are serious about achieving results, but in an atmosphere where both the client and trainer are interacting having fun.
